How website request information is handled.

An inspection request may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, city, ZIP code, service interest, project notes, consent selection, and limited campaign or referral context. The site may also process an IP address and related technical request data to help protect the form from abuse. Do not include payment information or highly sensitive personal information in a request.

Information is used to review and respond to a requested roofing or exterior conversation, route the request through Stonewall’s approved customer relationship system when configured, maintain site security, and understand the source of the inquiry.

The form uses server-side validation, a honeypot, timing checks, rate limiting, and optional Cloudflare Turnstile verification. These controls help reduce automated submissions and protect the request process.

A submitted request is transmitted to Stonewall’s configured lead-routing destination, including the technical data needed to help identify automated abuse. Information retained in Stonewall’s customer relationship system is handled according to Stonewall’s business practices and applicable requirements.
